Seamus Heaney (1939-2013)
The Nobel Prize-winning Irish poet died yesterday in Dublin. The answer to the following two-diagram puzzle is a quote from Heaney’s “An Open Letter” (1983) affirming his Irishness and objecting to his inclusion in The Penguin Book of Contemporary British Poetry.
(Note: The final word of the quote is capitalized. Also, Diagram A involves one wraparound or “hidden adjacency”; even though they do not appear to be adjacent, R and T are adjacent, on the hidden back side of the Quipto rack.)
